"I decided to wait a few days to make sure I still absolutely loved my new fire place.... I DO. The guys did a fantastic job. They came around on the Monday to give me a quote, they sent the quote a few hours later and the job was completed 2 days after that. They were reliable and very organised. There was no faffing about on the job, within 2 minutes of being in my house my furniture was covered with clean new dust sheets. They were very tidy and very respectful of my property. The one fear I had with the fitting of my new fireplace was I'd have to get a plasterer in to make good the wall around the mantle. I needn't have worried as they not only plastered they also extended some boxing that I had done previously to close the gap made due to the difference in size of the new mantle. The job was finished in record time and my OH and I are completely in love with our new fireplace, surround and hearth. I was so impressed with the guys and their work ethic, before they had even left my house I passed on their details to my sister who is looking to get some work done. I highly recommend Victor and his team and i will definitely be using them again."

Came to investigate with no callout charge, stayed for about an hour to ensure proper diagnosis and then came back the next day having gone to several suppliers to source the shower I wanted (and even managed to get a cheaper price than we'd thought!). Fitted it same day, including some tricky tiling after having to remove water sodden old plasterboard. Friendly, polite, tidy and efficient with good attention to detail.
